1953 was the year that Earl Swett, Charlie Ballard, and Paul Riedle set out to start a mobile home manufacturing company. The early days found Marlette Homes in a converted lumber yard in Michigan. It did not take long for Marlette Homes to make their mark on the industry. Building homes with innovative designs, attention to detail, and high standards have been the foundation of Marlette's success.
